We are sad to share the news that Dr.

Stam is moving out of state and will not be available after September 27, 2024.

Continuity of care is essential for your well-being,

and we are committed to ensuring you have the access to care that you need. 

Becky Ortiz, WHNP is still available to care for you in Show Low, to see you in person

or via telecommunication, as well as our other Physicians and providers

who are located in the greater Phoenix area.

For those who are in need of a physician and are not able to see us in these areas, MomDoc will help coordinate care with Summit OBGYN clinic. They will take over your care for these needs and transfer you back to MomDoc once you are able to be seen by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

MomDoc will work with Summit OBYGN to coordinate this

so that there is a smooth transition.
